  Only stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. Could not fault anything. The staff were exceptional could not do enough for us. Very compassionate seeing we were in Sydney for a family funeral. Would definitely go back again hopefully under better circumstances. Special mention of lady at reception and Joe.

  We stayed for Fridayz Live this weekend and the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave everyone free drink vouchers as check in is 2pm however it was 3pm before our room was ready, which is understandable given the turnover of guests. Our room was great, lovely big fluffy towels however the bed was uncomfortable and the body wash was empty. I appreciate the refillable bottles instead of the little sample sizes for the environment however they need to be maintained. Overall I would definitely choose this hotel above the others. Also we parked in P6 and it was only a 5 or so minute walk.

  I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. Some positives were the entrance foyer look modern and well appointed. Staff were professional helpful and warm. The bathroom was generous in size with a full bathtub.The location was very desirable.What let this stay down was the condition of the room. It was a bit of a disappointment. It look tired and lots of wear and tear everywhere you looked. Large circular stain on the blind. Doors we scuffed. And the bedside table had so much wear on it. Varnish off in high traffic areas. Almost like someone has damaged the bedside table with a knife.Pretty ugly. The soap dispenser in the shower keep falling off when you pumped it and the room didn’t come with shower caps and the other toiletries extras. If you wanted them you had to ring down and ask for them.The remote to the tv was very temperamental and only worked occasionally. Visually and functional it was very under whelming. Won’t be returning sorry.

  Checked in on time.
  $44 for parking (should be included with stay).
  Specified it was an anniversary stay in booking, no mention or extras unfortunately.
  Room price vs quality, not great. Put in a room without a view at all (not a busy period). Dust on furniture, room bar bottles and shower head. Spa tub, not all jets working and controlling knob not functioning.
  Furniture aging, chipped, worn out.
  Window sills water damaged and swelling.
  Standard TV channels ended up having to stream off the phone.
  Breakfast, directed to a seat, no explanation of buffet or where to go.

  The hotel was just lovely, the staff, and amenities were perfect. I would have rated them 5-stars but I have to say the restaurant 'Bacar' was a disappointment (will leave a separate review on their page) so (sadly) they lose a star in my opinion for that.
  As far as the hotel goes, check-in was swift and friendly, the receptionist was lovely and asked if it was a special occasion, it was (our wedding anniversary) so generously offered us complimentary parking. There was a chilled bottle of champagne and petit-fours waiting for us in our room which was lovely and ample (we booked the Executive King Suite for our special occasion). Nothing was a problem and staff were all friendly and happy to oblige. No pool sadly (the hotel directory simply directs you to the several large and ample Olympic swimming venues within a stones-throw of the hotel.
  Loved it, would stay again, might give the restaurant a miss next time and check out some of the other fine restaurants in the Sydney Olympic Park quarter.
